Pursuant to the Resolution, "the Temporary Inquiry Panel shall investigate violations of the Constitution and the legislation of Ukraine by the officials of central and local bodies, and economic entities that resulted in the inadequate financial condition of the agricultural enterprises, numerous official malfeasances and misappropriation of public funds and property".
People´s Deputy S.Ryzhuk was elected the Head of the Panel, M.Rudchenko the Deputy Head.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4773.
